Julie Schenkelberg's Art Theatre.

Does a woman more then even now wants to live in a fantasy of memory visualized well in theatricality, artificiality. The artist creates a reality with an invitation of participation by the accidental actors. In that I see how she turned a voyeur, watching the passing by opportunities to find her hero she might no longer desire to create. She stays as a remote observer possessed with a vision of her own world where the hero is most likely her alter ego -- the actress who probably will play a role of an absent femininity, as it is no longer asked of her, now new man in a making, taking the lead role.

To the viewer perhaps the stage without a hero/heroine is a reminder of the elemental beginning in the new world with the new socially adept puppets. Devoid of sexual identity, no longer principal to the natural survival. In the aftermath of the final fatal break down of male/female unity, the two opposing powers no longer could fit together, not even really physically present in the real world, reduced to interactive connectivity fur to the new ways of communication of cyber where they could still bond but in a fantasy world, on stage of their imagination.
